The 3rd Annual Cimarron Crossing Santa Fe Trail Festival is June 4th & 5th, 1999.

I would like to invite you as a member of KMA to set up a booth on Saturday (details below). The event is being held indoors at the Gray County Recreation Center.

Beef Empire Days is being held in Garden City during this time and those attending will be invited to come spend some time and $$.

****A block of rooms has been reserved at the Comfort Inn in Dodge City for the 4th. Call them at 316/338-8700 before April 30th and specify the Cimarron Crossing Festival (Cimarron Crossing Santa Fe Trail Festival) to reserve your room. (single $65+tax, each additional person $5)

Guidlines for this festival are:

1. The Arts & Crafts MUST Be Original Handmade pieces made by the person exhibitiing; the artist will be in charge of his own sales, with no commission charge. (NOTE: KS Sales Tax Number is required!)
2. Each exhibitor is required to pay an entry fee of $35.00, (If you need electricity, please indicate) for an 8' x 8' space. ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration and fees. You will receive tickets (2) for the Friday evening dance and tickets (2) for the Saturday evening Hamburger Feed. (This will include a schedule of activities, location of Recreation Center and registration location. NO REFUNDS.
3. The Festival Committee WILL NOT be responsible for loss or damage to work exhibited. NO WORK SHIPPED WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. CHECK IN FOR ALL VENDORS will be Saturday morning from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. The exhibitor is responsible for setting up and taking down their own booth. Table and chairs (2) available if requested. PLEASE NOTE: KANSAS MARKETING ASSOCIATION MEMBERS WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY!!!! Please take this opportunity to fill out the attached entry form and return with your check payable to Cimarron Crossing Santa Fe Trail Festival (CCSFT Festival) and reserve your space. ENTRY FEE DEADLINE is May 15th, 1999.
