A gourmet bread mix designed for the bread machine that is light, s'wheat and delicious. Our bread mixes are made with whole white wheat flour. This flour provides a sweeter tasting bread which is very light in texture. Our bread mixes come in several different flavors. We do offer directions for making this bread by hand.
